Sometimes it's hard to think of ways to how to spend a day out having fun, but still fit in a workout. How about a trip to the park? Relax with a picnic and fuel your body with some healthy food from home. Bring a healthy snack along too, like some watermelon. How cool is that watermelon on a stick?! Then enjoy a nice run, jog, or even a walk. What a perfect way to spend a beautiful day!
