Summer is a time for fun in the sun! Some time at the pool, a day at the beach, & a nice run to get in shape for all of that. Here are some of my summer must haves for fun & fitness! I can't wait for some nice weather and sunshine!

FUN MEETS FITNESS

In the spirit of colorful running, the most colorful 5k around, Color Me Rad. You begin the run with a white t-shirt and throughout the run you are coated with blue, green, pink, purple, and yellow. When you finish the race you look tie-dyed from head to toe. This is a 5k I could get into! Boston will be colored rad on July 15th and will also be coloring 24 other cities.

I'm in serious need of a new pair of running shoes. I really love that even shoes come in so many bright colors now. I have never been into white athletic shoes so I love all of these black and grey shoes with punches of color.
